 It's supposed to be the portkey effect. Sort of a twirl, like a tornado, but from the inside out. And glowing.

 Lovely interpretation of the portkey in use - the composition, as a lot of your work, is different. Certainly interesting to the eye & you can almost hear the whoosh & feel the magic. Marvellous! Ruthie -- Harry Potter: Illusion & Delusion  once again amazing work
